PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work within and support the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality system.
• Create work instructions that allow production team members to understand expectations
• Work with Production Operators to ensure all have a clear understanding of work instructions & quality expectations
• Support with internal team members, suppliers & customers to ensure the successful startup and PPAP of both automotive & non-automotive parts.
• Support & complete as required the quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.
• Support and create quality core documentations such as Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts with operational team.
• Support incoming and outgoing parts, materials and completed units meet customer and quality standards.
