Job Responsibilities / Role
- We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and become a pivotal role in the Agile squads leading transformation and BAU activities with the Cloud Contact Centre Technology area.
- With Think Customer as guideline, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of test requirements to prevent defects as well as identifying and eliminating any mistakes in the Contact Centre & IVR solutions before its release to customers.
