Job Description
Enhance Babcock Canada's defence capabilities as a Quality Practitioner in Victoria, BC. Oversee quality assurance activities and develop compliance plans to ensure excellence in service delivery.
In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role as a Quality Practitioner focusing on governance and assurance. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelorβs degree in business administration, a CQI/IRCA certification, and at least four years of hands-on experience in developing QA plans. You'll contribute to compliance audits and support the release of essential processes aligned with Babcock's Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Undertake quality assurance support activities across business sectors
β’ Develop Quality Assurance Plans for projects and bids
β’ Perform internal and external audits as necessary
β’ Produce Non-Compliance Reports for management
β’ Support transition and standardization of QA processes
