About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the objective of this position is to work within the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department to optimize mix design and raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, manage product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives. The role also meets the divisional quality goals and objectives, resulting in the reduction of quality incidents, associated costs, and enhanced customer service, and leads a team of QA/QC technicians in the field.
