Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, this role works within the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department to optimize mix design and raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, manage product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives. The position also meets divisional quality goals and objectives, reducing quality incidents, associated costs, and improving customer service while leading a team of QA/QC technicians in the field.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Administer, develop, implement, and standardize quality plans and processes for the Greater Edmonton/Northern Alberta Area.
- Work closely with General Managers, conduct quality audits and adhere to the WCan Quality Control Manual.
