Drive quality initiatives with Amrize as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Greater Edmonton/Northern Alberta Area. Oversee concrete mix designs and implement quality procedures to enhance project outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the General Manager and lead a team within the QA/QC department. Your responsibilities will include optimizing concrete mixes, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with key quality standards. You'll also represent Amrize in technical associations, collaborating with various stakeholders to promote product efficiencies and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and standardize regional quality plans
• Conduct QA audits and monitor compliance
• Lead and mentor the QA Assurance team
• Assess and improve concrete mix designs
• Design lab experiments for new product development
