Job Description
The Role :
We are looking for a QA Specialist who treats quality like a craft fast, precise, and relentless. You will work across manual and automation testing on an AI-native SaaS platform where features ship fast and customer trust is everything. This is not a box-ticking role. You own what reaches the customer, no matter how quickly the roadmap evolves. What You'll Do : Manual Testing :
- Design and execute detailed test cases for AI-powered features, agent workflows, and report outputs
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT across web and API layers
- Validate AI-generated insights for accuracy, consistency, and hallucination outputs that enterprise clients act on
- Test database integrity query and validate data across SQL/NoSQL stores Automation :
- Build and maintain automation test suites using Java + Selenium and Playwright
- Automate regression, smoke, and sanity test pipelines to support fast release cycles
