Job Description
Weโre looking for a strong communicator who is passionate and highly strategic. Youโll facilitate and continuously improve on the Quality Assurance Program for Morgan Stanley at Workโs Service Delivery organization. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Morgan Stanley ways of working and communication channels, as well as a familiarity and strong desire to continue learning in the equity compensation space.
Responsibilities
- Manage QA process measuring effectiveness of case resolution within the Client Success Management organization including but not limited to monthly review of Salesforce cases as well as JIRA and SW/EEO databases as needed to perform the QA reviews.
- Provide QA program findings to Operational Excellence team management in order to continuously improve results.
- Assist with QA program training and calibration sessions to teams as needed.
