Job Description

Tasks

  • Participate in integrating quality requirements into new product development.
  • Support the APQP process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout projects.
  • Coordinate Process FMEA meetings and prepare control plans.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to validate dimensional inspections of parts.
  • Analyze customer complaints and non-conformities to identify trends and implement action plans.
  • Conduct risk analyses, root cause analyses (5 Whys method, 8D), and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Act as a representative of customer needs and expectations within the organization.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver First Article Inspection (FAI) packages according to customer requirements.
  • Manage deviation requests, analyze discrepancies, and ensure proper follow-up.
