We are searching for motivated Quality Associates that will be part of our manufacturing plant team. In your role with Innovations, you will ensure our products maintain the highest level of quality satisfaction our customers expect. What To Expect:
• Verify and validate finished goods to determine conformance to quality specifications and design intent
• Perform process and product audits, and provide feedback to improve their effectiveness
• Drive process capability through deployment of quality control tools (CpK analysis, SPC, etc.)
