Job Description

• Measurable operational improvements within sorting centers, with clear accountability for reducing classification errors, improving parcel flow reliability, and supporting stable end-to-end logistics performance. Responsibilities are execution-oriented and outcome-driven.
• Identifying process gaps, leading corrective actions, and tracking the impact of improvements through operational performance indicators. All responsibilities are directly linked to sorting center performance and logistics reliability. Increase Long Tail Orders by +0.15% reducing the last gap between as is and to be.
• The role is designed to adapt to network expansion, new sorting center openings, and changes in operational scope, while maintaining continuous improvement ownership across evolving logistics structures
