• Measurable operational improvements within sorting centers with clear accountability for reducing classification errors, improving parcel flow reliability, and supporting stable end-to-end logistics performance.
• Identify process gaps, lead corrective actions, and track the impact of improvements through operational performance indicators.
• Directly link all responsibilities to sorting center performance and logistics reliability.
• Increase long-tail orders by +0.15%, reducing the last gap between as-is and to-be.
• Adapt to network expansion, new sorting center openings, and changes in operational scope while maintaining continuous improvement ownership across evolving logistics structures.
