Job Description

What is the role?


Carmacks is seeking a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to quality excellence and environmental stewardship. As the Quality & Environment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintain our ISO 001 Quality Management System (QMS) certification and Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring ongoing compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with ISO 9001 requirements and ISO 14001 principles.


Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Internal Audits: Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits of QMS and EMS.
  • External Audits: Plan and coordinate annual QMS and EMS audits and work with auditors in advance of, during and following the audits.
  • Non-Conformance (NCs) or Opportunity for Improvement (OFIs): Log and track Non‑Conformances (NCs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) identified through internal and external audits, stakeholder complaints, or employee observations. I...
