Responsibilities
- Map, document, audit and keep the organization's processes and procedures up to date, correlating them with the requirements set by standards and applicable legislation, aiming to maintain the Integrated Management System intact and in compliance with established requirements while pursuing continuous improvement of the Organization's Management System.
- Map the organization's processes, describing the interaction between departments and processes in order to optimize the internal client‑supplier chain;
- Develop, monitor and control procedures/policies and standards linked to the IMS (Integrated Management System), and promote the continuous improvement of the system;
- Deliver training on the management system;
- Monitor compliance with the company's legal requirements, providing support to departments to develop action plans;
