Job Description
Quality Analyst – Escape Management Specialist
The Quality Analyst – Escape Management Specialist will collaborate with the Halifax manufacturing lines to manage and resolve escape incidents, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and performance. The role reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for maintaining quality and conformity in a complex manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full scope of the Escape Management process.
- Initiate, facilitate, and lead containment activities and pre-escape and official escape meetings with stakeholders including Quality Performance, Engineering, Supply Management, Customer Support, and others.
- Initiate and facilitate all RCCAs related to internal and external escapes.
- Lead quality meetings with manufacturing and leadership teams.
- Work directly with customers (Engine Center, Spares, overhaul) to address escapes.
