Role Overview
Position: Quality Analyst – Escape Management Specialist at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&W Canada) located in Halifax (Enfield), Canada. Full‑time, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full scope of the Escape Management process, including initiation, facilitation, and containment activities.
- Conduct pre‑escape and official escape meetings with Quality Performance, Engineering, Supply Management, Customer Support and other stakeholders.
- Initiate and facilitate all RCCAs related to internal and external escapes.
- Lead quality meetings with manufacturing and leadership teams.
- Work directly with customers (Engine Center, Spares, overhaul) to address escapes.
- Coordinate with Supply Management Quality Specialists to address quality defects.
- Prioritize emerging quality situations in manufacturing and ensure corrective actions.
