About the Role

As a Qualified HomeCare Support Worker, you will support older adults to remain independent, connected, and engaged within their own homes and local communities.

You will work across Melbourne's northern suburbs, including Thomastown and surrounding suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect
• Support clients with activities of daily living
• Assist clients to access community activities and maintain social connections
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
• Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team
