Duties & Responsibilities
- Qualified Millwright
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in service/maintenance of electrical/mechanical equipment; Wind Turbine experience preferable
- Computer and software skills for data collection and reporting, especially within MS Office
- Daily reporting to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager
- Ensure that the company fulfills its obligations in relation to the contractual terms (OMS/WMS) with specific focus on keeping the availability and the key performance indicators
- Ensure and encourage colleagues to prevent and limit failures on the turbines
- Keep expenses in daily work as low as possible
- Proactively report any possible improvements and innovations to the Lead Supervisor and Service Manager
- Optimize availability, reliability, and sustainable performance of the facility
