• Schedule is flexible to the jobs Demands (1 morning shift before breakfast, 1 late shift ending after dinner and 3 flex shifts) + on-call Monday-Friday  & rotating weekend schedule Shift:  Full Time  Location:  Godfrey, IL  Salary : $62,640-$64,639.95 annually + Benefits!  Position Summary  Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the Residential Site Manager/QIDP is responsible for overseeing residential programs that provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to live in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment while achieving the highest level of independence possible.
