On behalf of our client SINOPEC, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Pre-commissioning supervisoroffsiteto work at Site in Uganda The primary responsibilities of this position include: Planning and Coordination Review approved pre-commissioning procedures, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare E&I pre-commissioning work plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and test plans. Coordinate activities with: Construction team, Mechanical pre-commissioning team, Commissioning engineers,QA/QC inspectors,HSE department and CPY Participate in system/subsystem handover planning and readiness reviews.
