Job Description

ABOUT YOU

We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover the East Midlands region.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable
  • Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
  •  Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
  •  Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
  •  Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment
  • Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential
  • Full UK Driving licence and own car
