QC Laboratory Microbiologist and Analyst

Role Purpose: Verify the microbiological and physico‑chemical safety of all materials and finished products.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological analysis (YMR, TC, etc.) and physico‑chemical testing.
• Perform sensory evaluations on internal and external samples.
• Manage and execute shelf‑life monitoring programs.
• Perform environmental swabbing and air count monitoring.
• Decontaminate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Authorize and release analysis results.

Accountabilities

• Accuracy of lab results.
• Timely reporting of non‑conformities.
• Integrity of lab procedures.

Reporting

• Micro & Physico‑Chem Reports.
• COA Preparation.
• Shelf‑Life Monitoring Log.
• Monthly Lab Summary.
