Responsibilities: Understanding and monitoring company quality standards & processes defined. Implement advanced, tech-enabled QC frameworks Supervising quality control team and making sure the quality standards and processes are followed on day to day basis. Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made. (CAPA) Repair product if possible that fails quality standards before it gets shipped out to the customer. Reject product's if required. Improving dept. efficiency and managing backlog inventory to minimum number of days (under 3 days). Actively participate during customer QC / QA schedule gathering and sharing feedback regarding product quality. To feed the QA head with quality assurance related points.
