- Prepare and review of ITP and quality procedures.
- Analyse and familiarize with project specification, standards and code requirement i.e. AWS D1.1, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME SecI & ASME SEC IX etc.
- Conduct, witness and review welding procedure specification and welder/welding operator’s qualification test.
- Knowledge of various materials i.e. CS, SS, Alloy Steel etc., and able to carry out material receiving inspection (raw materials, valves etc.) against mill test certificates.
- Interpret drawings, prepare, review and oversee the execution of visual inspection and NDT test plans.
- Monitor and ensure proper documentation of project inspection and test reports and review delivery documents.
- Liaise with classification surveyors and owner’s representative on daily inspection requirements.
