Job Description
**Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a QA/QC Scientist in Beatrice, NE!**
**Shift:** M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
**A Direct Hire Opportunity**
**Salary Range:** $125,000-$150,000, DOE
Lead QA/QC efforts for innovative rare earth separation processes, managing lab operations, developing protocols, ensuring product quality, and supporting facility expansion projects. Work cross-functionally to commission and optimize processes and maintain product documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement QA/QC protocols
+ Operate and manage an analytical laboratory (ICP-OES/ICP-MS experience required)
+ Oversee QA/QC information for production and ensure products meet shipping requirements
+ Support project expansion from design through commissioning
+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
+ Analyze feedstock and issue Certificates of Analysis
