Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the MEP Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan for the project.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on MEP installations.
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and report on the progress and quality of MEP works.
- Ensure that all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved method statements and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
- Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
- Lead internal and external audits related to MEP systems.
