Job Summary The QAQC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all piping installation, welding, testing, and material handling comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements. This role involves conducting quality audits, reviewing weld reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with construction teams to resolve non-conformances.
Responsibilities
Inspect pipe materials, fit-up, welding, and post-weld heat treatment based on industry standards.
Prepare QAQC reports and communicate report requirements between client and construction team.
Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests and ensure safety and procedural compliance.
Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports for piping defects until resolution and system handover.
