- Perform measurement using CMM esp Machining Parts & Critical Sheet metal parts.
- Proficiency in using of measuring equipment to perform part measurement and good understanding of GD & T.
- Assist FA Engineer for checking of FA parts which require CMM and Smart scope.
- Need to write CMM programmed for new parts.
- Maintain CMM report and/or dimensional report and update Inspection progress status.
- Ensure part being measured on time and released to manufacturing and need to be involved for any quality issue feedback esp dimensional issue.
- Liaise with other relevant departments/section for any FA part issue arises and take the necessary actions to resolve issues and implement corrective measures.
- Monitoring of important measuring dimension as per customer requirement, may need to adopt SPC chart as and when necessary.
