Overview

QA Technician – Responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory and internal standards across the organization. Actively participate in CAPAs, CCs, complaints management, PQR preparation, supplier homologation, and audits. Ensure EU & US GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Homologation of raw‑material suppliers and maintenance of homologation system, including risk assessment.
• Preparation and support of the annual audit plan and execution of internal and external audits.
• Act as the company's contact for quality queries involving raw‑material suppliers or external services.
• Register, investigate and respond to customer quality complaints, identifying trends and recurrence.
• Prepare PQRs within scheduled timelines following internal procedures.
