QA Technician – Responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory and internal standards across the organization. Actively participate in CAPAs, CCs, complaints management, PQR preparation, supplier homologation, and audits. Ensure EU & US GMP compliance.
Responsibilities
Homologation of raw‑material suppliers and maintenance of homologation system, including risk assessment.
Preparation and support of the annual audit plan and execution of internal and external audits.
Act as the company's contact for quality queries involving raw‑material suppliers or external services.
Register, investigate and respond to customer quality complaints, identifying trends and recurrence.
Prepare PQRs within scheduled timelines following internal procedures.
Register, evaluate, and follow up CAPA and CC activities.
