QA Technician

The role involves ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, managing quality systems, and supporting audits and supplier quality.

Overview

• Assure compliance of GMP, regulatory, and internal standards within the organization.
• Participate in CAPAs, change controls, complaints management, and prepare PQRs.
• Maintain raw material supplier homologation, system, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and support annual audit plans and audit performance.
• Act as contact person for quality queries with raw material suppliers or external services.
• Register, investigate, and respond to customer quality complaints; identify recurrence and trends.
• Prepare PQRs according to timelines and internal procedures.
• Register, evaluate, and follow up CAPAs and change controls.
