We are looking for a QA Supervisor to oversee quality control activities on the production floor and ensure all plastic injection molded parts meet customer and internal requirements. This role involves managing inspectors, handling quality issues, and working closely with production to maintain consistent standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure products meet drawing specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements

2. Supervise and guide QA inspectors on daily inspection activities (incoming, in-process, outgoing)

3. Review and approve first article, in-process, and final inspection results

4. Handle non-conformance issues, including containment, investigation, and corrective actions

5. Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
