Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as QA Supervisor or at least 5 years and above as QA Engineer
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
• Hardworking and flexible
• Strong personality and leadership skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct planning of activities and put necessary controls and establish appropriate actions for abnormal conditions
• Guide subordinates in the conduct of 2nd level analysis for recurring issues
• Initiate, recommend, investigate, troubleshoot and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the products/process and quality system
