OVERVIEW:
Provide ongoing medical/nursing oversight, support, and direction to programs via internal audit process. Evaluate and assess how a program’s medical service is functioning, ensuring quality of care and adherence to regulatory requirements and agency policy and procedures. Assures quality services for individuals by performing the below listed duties personally or through delegation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Completes and/or reviews investigations, internal events, special audits, and internal control audits as assigned by Quality Improvement Manager, Associate Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement.
+ Acts as a resource for information and/or assistance to all programs to ensure quality services and compliance in medical/nursing areas.
