Inspection and Verification
Perform visual inspections and physical checks of raw materials and feeds to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Verify that products (raw materials & feeds) meet established criteria for appearance, texture, color, size, etc., and consistency, set based on the acceptance and release parameters.
Inform concerned departments about deviations or non‑conformities found to identify the root cause.
Sampling and Testing
Collect representative samples of raw materials and packaging materials from delivery trucks and finished goods at various stages of feed production for laboratory testing and analysis. Follow established sampling protocols and procedures to obtain representative samples.
Process Monitoring
