Job Description
QA Release Technician
Location: Azuqueca de Henares. Contract: Indefinite.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Verify resolution of deviations, out‑of‑spec results etc. before release.
- Prepare release documentation: batch record (BR), time‑out of refrigeration (TOR), Certificate of Analysis (CoA) of finished product, Certificate of Conformity.
- Maintain material service records, route maps, product sheets, and validate inspection plans in the computer system for routine, R&D, technology transfer and new launches.
- Manage secondary packaging materials.
- Generate and review deviation reports and KPIs.
- Evaluate change control activities.
- Report and document rejections.
- Process all required documentation requested by clients (batch documentation requests, product registration information).
