The WW Speed Customer Experience organization is looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to lead our Quality Engineering organization responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences focused on Same Day Delivery experiences across the retail shopping journey
As the QA Manager, you will own the quality strategy for the QA team and build an automation-first organization that enables teams to move fast without compromising customer trust. You will lead a team of SDET's and Quality Engineers responsible for functional testing, designing scalable automation frameworks, integrating quality into the software development lifecycle, and driving engineering excellence through continuous innovation.
You will partner closely with Software Development Managers, Product Managers, TPMs, UX, and partner organizations to ensure quality is built into every stage of development—from design reviews through production monitoring. ...
