Job Description
YOUR ROLE
QA Manager in manufacturing is responsible to ensure product, processes and system meet customer requirements and company quality target.
- Lead Quality management system (QMS) and Manage QA engineers
- Ensure compliance with standard ISO9001, IATF, customer requirement
- Handle internal & external audit
- Drive continuous improvement (Yields, Defect reduction etc)
- Manage customer complaint, 8D, CAPA
- Lead risk assessment and change management
- Support new product/process qualification
- Work closely with production, process, planning etc
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, control plan, FMEA, SPC are maintained
Your Skills & Experiences
- Degree in Engineering or sciences
- 5 years
- Leadership & Communication
- Problem solving, 5 why, fishbone, 8D
- SPC/MSA
- Audit management, Certified VDA 6.3, IATF 16949
