QA Lead Full-Time Experience 4+ years Location: Thiruvananthapuram The QA Lead owns the quality of our software products end to endleading the testing organization, setting the test strategy, and championing a culture of quality across engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth in test automation with people management and cross-functional influence. You will be the final quality gate before release and the person leadership turns to for an honest read on whether the product is ready to ship. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and own the overall test strategy across web, mobile, and API surfaces. Establish meaningful QA metrics (escape rate, coverage, cycle time) and report on them. Standardize and continuously improve testing processes across teams.
