QA Leadership & Strategy

• Define and implement the overall QA strategy, testing standards, and quality metrics across multiple healthcare applications.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers, automation testers, and data testers.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and continuous testing in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Ensure testing processes align with enterprise quality standards and regulatory requirements.

API Testing & Automation

• Design and implement automated API testing frameworks using PyTest.
• Validate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Ensure API functionality, performance, security, and reliability.
• Work with development teams to integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines.

UI Automation
