Job Description
Overview
Plan, coordinate and oversee all QA support activities and initiatives within the work cell to improve process capabilities and product quality to meet desired targets.
Responsibilities- Oversee product quality from assembly to packaging, ensuring full compliance with the Quality System and regulatory requirements.
- Champion data‑driven decisions to resolve non‑conformances, conduct complaint investigations, CAPA, deviations and other quality matters in a timely manner.
- Interface with R&D, unit quality and customer quality engineers to formulate plans and actions that meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Drive quality improvement and automation projects through project planning, scheduling of inspection and testing activities, performing analysis and publishing reports.
- Perform test method validation, installation qualification, and correlation studies for new quality equipment and test methods.
