Job Description
THE ROLE
In this role, you will work directly with the engineering and product teams to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across our applications. You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etc.
- Ability to provide production support to the CX support team.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Work with developers and product managers to develop a complete test plan for assigned projects.
- Manual, API, and automation testing.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
