QA Engineer — OPS Tech
About the role
You'll ensure stable releases across multiple OPS Tech streams by owning testing quality for complex processes, integrations, and rapid product changes.
What you'll work on
- Shared QA coverage across five OPS Tech streams with defined testing SLA
- Web UI, APIs, and microservices integrations across customer, payments, and operational systems
- Business process validation in Creatio-based solutions across multiple domains
What you'll be responsible for
- Perform manual testing of web UI and microservices APIs, including feature validation and regression
- Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, and checklists
- Test APIs using Postman, curl, and OpenAPI/Swagger
- Log, track, and verify defects in Jira
