Job Description
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course.
-At least ten (10) years of experience as a QA Manager in a lead frame or semiconductor manufacturing company.
-Male or female, preferably at least 30 years old.
Training/Skills Needed:
-Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.
-ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 Awareness Training.
-Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis training.
-Statistical Process Control (SPC) training.
-Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) training.
-Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) training.
