Job Description
BJAK is building AI-powered workflow systems for quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, claims, payments and customer follow-ups. These flows have many steps, edge cases and failure points.
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who can help us test these systems properly and improve release confidence.
The Mission
Build automated testing coverage for BJAK’s AI workflow and insurance automation systems.
What You’ll Own
- Build and maintain automated tests for web, API and workflow systems.
- Test quote, policy issuance, endorsement, claims and payment flows.
- Improve regression testing and release checks.
- Work with engineers and product teams to catch issues earlier.
- Track bugs clearly and help identify root causes.
- Support manual testing where automation is not ready.
- Improve QA standards, documentation and release confidence.
