Python/Qt Engineer (GUI) - London - £150k base + bonus
We’re working with a high-performing, technology-driven trading firm building mission-critical front office tools used directly by traders in fast-moving markets. They’re looking for a Senior Python Engineer with Qt expertise to help design and deliver the next generation of real-time trading interfaces.
This is a rare opportunity to sit close to the desk, owning the GUI layer of a live trading environment where performance, usability, and speed of iteration directly impact PnL.
What you’ll do
- Build high-performance desktop GUI applications used by traders in real time
- Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for complex trading workflows
- Work directly with front office users to iterate rapidly on features
