Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, customer-ready repair quotes including labor, parts, and lead times in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with technical experts to clarify scope of repairs and confirm technical details.
• Communicate with procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and availability of parts.
• Track open quotes and follow up with customers to drive approvals.
• Maintain records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations in the company system.
• Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires college credits in a related field, with a degree considered a plus.
• Requires 1+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination in a technical service environment (preferred: cleanroom, ...
