Core Responsibilities- Support the Business Services Operations (BSO) performance management reviews and take initiative in problem solving
- Support execution of Supplier Onboarding, PO processes, purchase requests and ServiceNow tickets in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Deliver high-quality service to complex customer queries
- Solve for process efficiency improvements across cross-functional areas, including with stakeholder groups such as Accounts Payable and Procurement
- Collaborate on regional projects, including plant production, compliance and localization programs
