o Educational Attainment
o Graduate of 4-year course or at least 2 years vocational course.
o Work Experience
o At least 1 year of work experience; preferably with Purchasing or Procurement.

Basic written communication skills including the ability to prepare memo and report
Organizational and coordination skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs
