Responsibilities

• Coordination with Ware House for stocks ordering
• Prepares Purchase Orders for Suppliers
• Sending of Purchase Orders
• Follow up on orders to ensure that the products are delivered in committed date from suppliers
• Maintain of records and follow up files of purchases, sales invoices and delivery receipts per supplier
• Coordination with Commissary and Driver’s Leader regarding schedule of pick-up of orders for outside cash purchases and shopping
• Call coordination to all suppliers regarding sending of orders
• Update Purchase Order Monitoring Sheet daily
• Monitor supplier’s undelivered or unserved purchase orders
• Coordination with commissary for lacking delivery of orders from suppliers
• Preparing of Cash Liquidations and transmitting to Accounting Department
